FAQ
Frequently asked
Applying, fees, age and consent, mother agencies, bookings, markets and welfare.
Does VANTA charge models to apply, test or be represented?
No. Applying is free, scouting is free, and represented talent are never charged for testing, portfolio development or 'placement'. VANTA earns a commission on confirmed bookings and nothing else. If anyone asks you to pay to be considered, they do not represent us — please report it to us.
How do I apply for representation?
Submit the application form with clear, unedited digitals — one head-and-shoulders, one full length, one profile, natural light, no makeup, no filters. Every application is reviewed by a scout. We reply to applications we are taking further within ten working days.
What is the minimum age for representation?
We represent talent aged 16 and over. Talent under 18 are signed only with full parental or guardian consent, are chaperoned on set, work restricted hours, and are never published on this public roster. Their booking is handled directly by the agency with a guardian present at every stage.
I already have a mother agency. Can I still apply?
Yes, and please tell us in your application. We work alongside mother agencies rather than around them — most conversations of this kind end in a placement agreement, not a transfer.
Do I need professional photographs to apply?
No. Simple, honest digitals taken on a phone in daylight are more useful to a scout than a retouched portfolio. Do not pay a photographer in order to apply to us.
How do clients request talent?
Send a booking brief through the client form, or email the European bookings desk directly. Include the story, usage, territory, dates and budget range and we will return a curated shortlist — usually within one working day.
Which markets does the European desk cover?
The London office coordinates representation and bookings across London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid and Dublin, and accepts international briefs worldwide.
How do you handle model welfare on set?
Every booking is confirmed in writing with call times, usage, wardrobe and on-set conditions stated. Nudity or lingerie work is never booked without explicit prior written agreement. Talent can decline any request on set without consequence to their representation, and an agent is contactable throughout every shoot day.
What are your commission and payment terms?
Commission structure, usage terms and payment timelines are provided in writing before any agreement is signed. We do not use verbal terms, and we do not sign talent on the day they are scouted.
Is the talent shown on this website real?
No. This is a pre-launch build. Every name, image, measurement, publication and campaign credit on this site is a clearly labelled placeholder and will be replaced with verified talent and licensed media before public launch.
