Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data VANTA Model Management collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 22 July 2026. This is a pre-launch draft. Data controller identity, company registration number, registered address and Data Protection Officer contact are confirmed before public launch, and this notice will be reviewed by a qualified data-protection adviser at that time.

What we collect

Talent applications: name, email, phone (optional), location, height and measurements you choose to provide, portfolio or social links, current agency, the content of your message, and any images you send. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian's confirmation.

Client enquiries: name, work email, company, role, project details, dates, territory, usage and budget information you provide.

Newsletter: your email address only.

Analytics (optional): if — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, aggregated data about pages visited and general location. Declining costs you nothing on this site.

Why we collect it

To assess talent applications, respond to client enquiries, arrange and administer bookings, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand how this website is used. The lawful bases are your consent (applications, newsletter, analytics) and legitimate interests or contract performance (client enquiries and bookings).

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful applications: 12 months, then deleted. Represented talent: for the duration of representation and for as long as required afterwards by contract and tax law. Client enquiries: 24 months from last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Our website host and form-processing infrastructure, and — for represented talent only — clients and production teams in connection with specific casting or bookings, with talent consent. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vantamodels.example and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies are optional, are set only if you accept, and can be changed at any time.
