Model Scouting & Development
Discovery, training, portfolio building, test shoots, runway preparation, media coaching and launch strategy for new faces.
Development is funded by the agency. No applicant or represented model is ever charged for scouting, testing, coaching, portfolio work or "placement". If you are asked to pay to be considered by anyone claiming to represent VANTA, it is not us.

Connections between talent and fashion publications, luxury brands, beauty campaigns, e-commerce clients, production studios and creative agencies across the US and Europe.
Briefs are answered by the European desk with a curated shortlist, availability and indicative fees — normally within one working day.

Option & confirm
First and second options held, terms issued in writing, confirmation on signature.
Shoot day
Call sheet checked, an agent contactable throughout, welfare conditions confirmed in advance.
Wrap & usage
Assets, usage window and any extension negotiated and documented. Invoicing on agreed terms.
